Analysis of integrated kitchen air conditioning system and compressor for its application

Abstract: Because the lack of air conditioning installation positions in general commercial kitchens and the special cooking environment in the kitchen, when residents use kitchen air conditioners, they generally encounter problems such as the lack of installation space for internal and external units, and the significant impact of kitchen oil fumes on the cooling effect and service life of kitchen air conditioners. Inorder to solving the above problems, an integrated kitchen air conditioning system and its application compressor were studied. The compressor used in this system adopts a horizontal compressor, and the system is designed flat based on the height of the two compressors and the compressor. The system is installed inside the kitchen ceiling during practical application, which effectively solves the installation problem. The system adopts external air intake to ensure that no oil fumes are inhaled during operation. The compressor is optimized for vibration and noise reduction, and the rubber pad is made of oil smoke resistant material. The overall system has low noise and vibration, and good reliability.
