Abstract: :Mainly for the quality inspection of welded joints of refrigeration system pipelines, a quality inspection equipment integrating the camera detection function of portable industrial X-ray flaw detector and X-ray shielding function of lead plate shielding is designed. The quality detecting device is mainly composed of a portable industrial X-ray flaw detector, an X-ray shielding protection device, a load device and other components. It has the advantages of small occupied area, simple operation, safety and reliability, and low cost. The article introduces in detail the development background, technical principle and structural design of the mobile industrial X-ray inspection box. Finally, the application field of the equipment is briefly explained.
