Abstract: :In order to solve the problem of shaft hole cracking after long-term storage of axial-flow blades for a fan, the material properties of the blades, the assembly size of the blades and the motor, and the corrosion of the contact materials between the blades and the motor were tested and analyzed. It was found that the rust proof oil of the motor can extract the tributylacetylcitrate from the rubber damping pad of the motor, the contact of tributylacetylcitrate with AS blades resulted in corrosion cracking of the axial holes of the blades.
