摘要: 电子元器件的安全性能一直是家电安全考核的主要部分之一,针对变频压缩机而言,变频电路板是不可或缺的零部件之一。然而,由于检测难度较高、危险性较大等原因,变频电路板的检测往往被工程师忽略。为了切实研究变频电路板的安全性能,依据GB 4706.1《家用和类似用途电器的安全 第1部分:通用要求》中第19章的方法,对国内一款D品牌的压缩机变频电路进行故障试验。试验主要针对故障中的低功率电路判定和短路部分进行系统布置和结果展示,希望该研究对今后压缩机变频电路板的安全试验提供参考。

Abstract: The safety performance of electronic components has always been one of the main parts of household appliances safety assessment. For frequency conversion compressor, frequency conversion circuit board is one of the indispensable parts. However, due to the high difficulty and high risk of testing, the testing of frequency conversion circuit board is often ignored by the engineers. In order to study the safety performance of frequency conversion circuit board, according to the method in Chapter 19 of GB 4706.1 “Household and similar electrical appliances—Safety—Part 1: General requirements”, the fault testing of frequency conversion circuit of a domestic brand D compressor was carried out. The test mainly focuses on the low-power circuit judgment and short-circuit part of the fault system layout and result display. It is hoped that this study will provide reference for the safety test of compressor inverter circuit board in the future.
