大通量净水机降噪技术研究及应用

摘要: 当前大通量(≥800 G)反渗透(RO)净水机为了满足用户需求,尽可能减少用户接水的等待时间,采用较大的出水流量。但与此同时,会导致净水机噪音比较大,严重影响用户的使用体验。净水机噪音主要来源于水泵本身产生的噪音,水泵振动引起的壳体共振,管路中水流冲击引起的湍振等。通过对以上三个主要的噪音源采用新型的降噪方案,并结合仿真模拟、计算和实验分析,在不影响净水机流量的情况下,低成本实现整机噪音的较大程度降低。

Abstract: In order to meet user needs and minimize the waiting time for users to receive water, the current large-flux (≥800G) reverse osmosis (RO) water purifier uses a larger water flow rate. But at the same time, it will cause the water purifier to be relatively loud, which will seriously affect the user's experience. The noise of the water purifier mainly comes from the noise produced by the water pump itself, the shell resonance caused by the vibration of the water pump, and the turbulence caused by the impact of the water flow in the pipeline. By adopting a new type of noise reduction scheme for the above noise sources, combined with simulation calculation and experimental analysis, the noise of the whole machine can be greatly reduced at low cost without affecting the flow rate of the water purifier.
