基于Triz理论破壁机降噪研究

Research on noise reduction of high-speed blender based on Triz

摘要: 破壁机依靠电机的高速转动实现食物破壁,同时电机的转动会产生各种噪声,其中杯体扰流噪声是主要声源之一,频率十分刺耳。而针对扰流噪声的研究相对较少,现有降噪方案在杯体外侧添加罩壳,此种方式给消费者使用带来不便。运用Triz创新工具,结合发明原理和科学效应库等多种技术手段,得出两种创新性的解决方案,该方案大幅降低了扰流噪声,尤其是所提出的亥姆霍兹共振器降噪方案在降噪的同时还可以过滤高频刺耳噪声,使消费者使用体验得到进一步提升。

Abstract: The wall breaker relies on the high-speed rotation of the motor to achieve cell wall breaking. At the same time, the rotation of the motor will produce a variety of noises, among which the turbulence noise is one of the main sound sources, and the frequency is very harsh. However, there are relatively few researches on turbulence noise. The existing noise reduction schemes add a casing outside the cup, which brings inconvenience to consumers. It is concluded that two kind of creative problem solving scheme by invention principle and science effect of TRIZ innovative tools and other technical means, the scheme greatly reduces the disturbing noise, especially the proposed helmholtz resonator schemes in noise reduction, it also can filter high frequency grating noise, make a further improvement of consumer experience.
