基于破壁机电机风道优化设计的实验和数值模拟研究

Experimental and numerical simulation study on optimal design of air duct for high-speed blender

摘要: 现有破壁机通过刀片的高速转动实现将食材打碎的目的,电机在带动刀片高速转动的同时其自身也会产生大量的热量,其自身振动会产生较大的噪声。以市面上某型号破壁机为例,通过实验和数值模拟的方式研究了其在标准测试条件下电机的温度和破壁机基座的噪音。测试结果显示,原始样机电机冷却风流量为43.59 m3/h,电机的最高温度处于其允许运行温升临界值,基座噪音在15000 r/min时为80.35 dB。在原始样机的基础上,通过减小电机罩与电机的间隙、改用剖分电机罩以及减小风扇与基座底盖间距等方式来降低电机运行过程的温度及基座噪音。实验结果显示,电机罩与电机间隙为3.33 mm,剖分电机罩和抬高基座底盖可使电机温度满足运行温度要求,同时将基座噪音降低至75.03 dB,显著提升破壁机的使用体验。

Abstract: The existing high-speed blender achieves the purpose of breaking up the food through the high-speed rotation of the blade. While the motor drove the high-speed rotation of the blade, it also generated a large amount of heat and its own vibration to generate relatively large noise. Took a certain model of high-speed blender on the market as an example, and studied the temperature of the motor and the noise of the high-speed blender base under standard test conditions through experiments and numerical simulations. The test results showed that the cooling air flow of the original prototype motor is 43.59 m3/h, the maximum temperature of the motor was under its allowable operating temperature rise critical value, and the base noise is 80.35 dB at 15000 rpm. On the basis of the original prototype, reducing the gap between the motor cover and the motor, switching to a split motor cover, and reducing the distance between the fan and the base pedestal, etc., the temperature and base noise of the motor during operation were reduced. The experimental results showed that the gap between the motor cover and the motor at 3.33 mm, splitting the motor cover and raising the base pedestal can make the motor temperature meet the operating temperature requirements, while the base noise was reduced to 75.03 dB, which significantly improved the experience of the high-speed blender.
