摘要: 针对吸油烟机噪声问题,对吸油烟机叶轮结构进行优化设计。对某吸油烟机机型进行数值仿真分析并依据仿真结果提出叶轮结构改善方案,通过试验验证优化后的叶轮结构对整机噪声的影响,进而解决吸油烟机中噪声大的问题。此外,通过试验对比,表明优化后的叶轮结构对整机中的噪声有明显改善效果,为吸油烟机噪声的研究提供了不同的研究方向。

Abstract: Aiming at the noise problem of range hood, the impeller structure of range hood was optimized. A range hood model was analyzed by numerical simulation and the impeller structure improvement scheme was put forward according to the simulation results, and the influence of the optimized impeller structure on the noise of the whole machine was verified through experiments, so as to solve the problem of high noise in the range hood. In addition, the experimental comparison shows that the optimized impeller structure can obviously improve the noise in the whole machine, which provides different research directions for the noise research of the range hood.
