摘要: 参考GB/T 10125-2021《人造气氛腐蚀试验 盐雾试验》标准要求,以家用电器关键零部件(电镀件、螺钉)为例,结合目前试验过程及分析出现的相关问题,分析了家用电器零部件盐雾试验检测过程中主要存在的四个误区。通过分析表明,第一:盐雾试验不能直接判定材料在使用环境中的耐腐蚀性能;第二:盐雾试验选取的试验方法不合理;第三:盐雾试验未结合实际的生产工艺;第四:盐雾试验结果现象认知不全。

Abstract: This article refers to GB/T 10125-2012 "Artificial Atmosphere Corrosion Test Salt Spray Test for Inspection" standard requirements, taking key household appliances (electroplating parts, screws) as examples, combining the current test process and analysis of related problems There are four main misunderstandings in the process of salt spray testing of household appliances parts. Analysis shows that first: the salt spray test cannot directly determine the corrosion resistance of the material in the use environment; second: the test method selected for the salt spray test is unreasonable; third: the salt spray test does not incorporate the actual production process; fourth: the results of the salt spray test are not fully understood.
