基于有限元强度分析的洗衣机三脚架结构优化设计

摘要: 三脚架为滚筒洗衣机内筒组件中重要的结构件之一,影响着内筒系统的整体刚度。但是,在测试和实际使用中,发生三脚架开裂的严重失效,这对产品的可靠性带来巨大的威胁,甚至可能对用户的安全产生影响。使用有限元仿真的方法,针对内筒三脚架在工作载荷作用下进行力学模拟评估,并根据得到的应力分布云图,以降低应力水平为目标,针对三脚架的结构设计进行优化。通过对新设计在相同工况下的仿真分析与原始设计的横向应力云图对比,验证了新的三脚架设计可以大幅度降低应力水平,大大降低了三脚架强度失效的风险。

Abstract: The drum support, an important part of drum washing machine, play an important role in the whole stiffness of inner drum system. However, severe cracks of the drum support are found in test and real usage, which leads to great risk to the reliability of the products, as well as negative effect on user safety. FEA (Finite Element Analysis) simulation is used to evaluate the mechanical behavior of drum support when suffer from working load. Based on the strength distribution, the design of drum support is optimized to achieve lower stress level. Finally, the stress results of both new design and original design are compared to demonstrate the optimized one could result in much lower stress level and minimized strength failure possibility.
