基于超单元法的滚筒洗衣机转动系统临界转速研究

Research on the critical speed of the rotating system of the drum washing machine based on the super element

摘要: 为研究不同工况下滚筒洗衣机转动系统的临界转速,以某一型号滚筒洗衣机为例。采用超单元技术对滚筒洗衣机转动系统建模,模态求解考虑陀螺效应的转动系统的复特征值,进而得到空载、偏心和带载工况的坎贝尔图。结果表明:陀螺效应会导致转动系统的第一阶临界转速下降,第二阶临界转速上升。通过对比三种不同工况考虑陀螺效应的转动系统临界转速,发现带载工况下的转动系统临界转速最小为1494 r/min,为此设计转动系统脱水转速在0.5倍~0.8倍最小临界转速之间,即747 r/min~1195 r/min之间。所得结论可为滚筒洗衣机转动系统的安全设计提供参考与指导。

Abstract: The critical speed of the rotating system of the drum washing machine under different working conditions is studied, and a specific type of drum washing machine is taken as an example. The rotating system model of the drum washing machine are built by using super element technology. The complex characteristics value of the rotating system considering the gyroscopic effect are solved by the modal method, and the Campbell diagrams of no-load, eccentric and various load conditions are obtained. The results show that the gyro effect reduces the first critical speed of the rotating system under different working conditions and increases the double critical speed. The critical speed of the rotating system under three different conditions is compared. The minimum critical speed of the rotating system is 1494 r/min under loaded conditions, so the dewatering speed of the rotating system is designed between 0.5 and 0.8 times the minimum critical speed, which is 747 r/min and 1195 r/min. The conclusions provide reference and guidance for the safety design of the rotating system of the drum washing machine.
