交流吸油烟机异音控制研究

摘要: 交流电机具有结构简单可靠性高成本低的优点,广泛应用在吸油烟机产品上,但由于交流电机固有属性,不少搭载交流电机的吸油烟机产品出现100 Hz和200 Hz电机共振“嗡嗡”声,这会严重影响客户体验,降低产品品质。通过二分法与频谱分析相结合,快速对异音进行定性定量分析,通过电机减震垫匹配和钣金结构优化相结合的方法,有效消除烟机电机声。

Abstract: The AC motor has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and low cost, and is widely used in the range hood products. However, due to the inherent properties of the AC motor, many range hood products equipped with the AC motor appear 100 Hz and 200 Hz motor resonance “buzz”, which will seriously affect the customer experience and reduce product quality. Through the combination of dichotomy and spectrum analysis, rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of the abnormal sound, through the combination of motor shock pad matching and sheet metal structure optimization, effectively eliminate the kitchen hood motor sound.
