商用空调制冷剂流动音的机理分析与改善

摘要: 针对商用空调中的制冷剂流动音问题,通过试验与仿真相结合的方法对其机理进行了研究,发现电子膨胀阀B管与异径接头间的空腔区域存在声腔共振现象。根据声腔模态的分布特点,提出了异径接头一体化的改善方案,对制冷剂流动音的关键频段改善达3 dB(A)以上,显著地改善了听感。

Abstract: The mechanism of refrigerant flow sound in commercial air conditioning was studied through a combination of experiments and simulations. It is found that there is a cavity resonance phenomenon between the electronic expansion valve B tube and the reducing joint in the cavity area. Based on the distribution characteristics of acoustic cavity modes, an improvement measure for the integration of reducing joints was proposed, which improved the key frequency band of refrigerant flow sound by more than 3 dB (A) and significantly improved the listening experience.
