摘要: 冰箱间室出风均匀性、温度均匀性是影响冰箱能效的重要因素。通过对使用离心风机的上冻下藏型风冷冰箱出风均匀性进行研究,基于数值模拟及实验验证的方法提出有效提高箱内出风均匀性的设计方案。首先,根据离心风机的工作原理,以提高空气循环效率为目的,在风机出风口附近增设改变风向的导流结构。其次,为提高左右两侧的温度均匀性,在出风口风向调整合理的情况下,对风道出风面积进行了微调。最后,将风道优化后的冰箱样机进行了带载测试,实验研究表明,箱内左右两侧的温差可由初始方案的3℃降至0.1℃。

Abstract: The air volume uniformity and temperature uniformity are key factors which affect the energy efficiency. To analysis the top-mounted force-aired refrigerator with centrifugal fan, numerical simulation and experimental vertification are used and an optimal design of air volume uniformity has been worked out. Firstly, a guide structure should be added near the outlet of the fan to change the direction of air-out. Secondly, the area of air outlet should be modified to enhance the air uniformity. Finally, the experimental verification shows that the temperature difference between left and right part of freezer can be reduced from 3℃ to 0.1℃ with the optimal design.
