滚筒洗衣机不排水分析及研究

摘要: 滚筒洗衣机在市场上发生投诉报修问题占比重较多的原因为洗衣机不排水,不排水的原因主要有三个方面:排水泵坏、堵泵和困气。排水泵坏和堵泵主要是由端子插错、异物把泵的叶轮损坏和卡叶轮等原因引起;困气主要是结构设计、软件节拍不合理等原因引起,本文从结构上优化和软件程序调整,通过排水泵端子防呆、门封间隙控制、增加滤网、压力差、自然回水、无真空,解决不排水的问题。

Abstract: Consumers often complain that their washing machine does not drain, it accounts for a sizable proportion of all complaints. The problem is caused by three factors: pump damaged, pump blocked and gas trapped in the pump. The pump damaged and pump blocked mainly as a result of incorrectly plugged, the pump impeller was damaged by foreign matter and the impeller got stuck; and trapped gas mainly due to structural design or software beats’ unreasonable. This paper optimized and adjusted software, through the drainage pump terminal foolproof, door seal clearance control, increased filter screen, pressure difference, natural backwater, no vacuum, resolve the drainage issue.
