空调换热器优化除霜技术分析

摘要: 空调制热时,尤其在低温高湿的情况下,空调室外冷凝器易结霜。除霜的效果、产生的噪声以及除霜对制热能力的影响都对用户体验产生极大影响,尤其在南方低温高湿度的情况下,结霜严重,不易清除且影响制热能力,进而影响用户制热体验。针对空调在低温高湿的环境下的除霜控制逻辑进行了优化,提出压缩机、四通阀和电子膨胀阀的联合控制技术,通过室外盘管温度与室外环温,智能判断结霜程度,提高了空调室外换热器在低温高湿工况下的除霜效果,能够使系统做到智能判断及时除霜,并提高了相同工况下的制热效果,实现制热的用户体验提升明显。优化了节流阀及四通阀在除霜中的动作,以此降低了除霜噪声。

Abstract: When the heating function of air conditioner is turned on, especially in low temperature and high humidity, the outdoor condenser of air conditioner is easy to frost by ice. The effect of defrosting, the noise and the impact of defrosting of the heating ability have a great impact on the user experience. Especially in the case of low temperature and high humidity in the south, frost formation is serious. It is difficult to remove and affects the heating ability, affecting the user's heating experience. Optimizes the defrosting control logic of air conditioner in low temperature and high humidity environment. Through the outdoor coil temperature and outdoor ambient temperature, the frosting degree is intelligently judged. The defrosting effect of air conditioner outdoor heat exchanger in low temperature and high humidity condition is improved. The system can make intelligent judgment and timely defrosting, improve the heating effect under the same working conditions, and realize the significant improvement of user experience in heating. The action of electronic expansion valve and four-way valve in defrosting is optimized, which reduces the noise of defrosting.
