摘要: 在空调风板运行过程中,电机齿轮不断啮合,承受着交变载荷的作用,易发生疲劳断裂,影响空调风板运动,进而影响空调的送风功能和整机的可靠性。因此,对电机齿轮的强度和疲劳寿命分析展开研究,具有重要的工程意义。基于有限元法对空调风板的电机齿轮强度和疲劳寿命进行分析,首先,建立了简化后的电机齿轮组有限元模型,得到了齿轮强度。进一步,通过Abaqus与Fe-safe联合仿真,拟合得到齿轮材料Wöhler曲线,进而预测了齿轮的疲劳寿命,在标称力矩下满足要求。最后,讨论了极端情况下齿轮发生疲劳断裂的原因,为运动机构的结构可靠性设计以及电机性能选型提供参考。

Abstract: During the operation of the air-conditioning deflector, the motor gears continuously mesh and are subjected to alternating loads. It can easily cause fatigue fracture and affect the movement of the air-conditioning fan panel, which affects the air supply function and overall reliability of the air-conditioning system. Therefore, conducting research on the strength and fatigue life analysis of the motor gears has important engineering significance. Based on the finite element method, the strength and fatigue life of the motor gear of the air-conditioning fan plate were analyzed. Firstly, a simplified finite element model of the motor gear set was established to obtain the gear strength. Furthermore, through Abaqus and Fe-safe joint simulation, the Wöhler curve of the gear material was fitted, and the fatigue life of the gear was predicted, which met the requirements under nominal torque. Finally, the reasons for fatigue fracture of gears under extreme conditions were discussed, providing reference for the structural reliability design of motion mechanisms and the selection of motor performance.
