热泵型直饮机测试与研究分析

摘要: 将热泵技术应用到直饮机产品上,利用换热器的热量和冷量来制取特定温度的水,以此来提高能源利用率,实现节能减排的效果。本文将水胆与换热器结合,设计出制热量为1026 W、COP为2.02的热泵型直饮机,纯热泵加热水温可以达到72 ℃。对热泵型直饮机的经济效益进行了分析,同时提供了热泵型直饮机的改进方案,对取代电子冰胆、实现大幅节能提供了理论和数据支撑。

Abstract: The heat pump technology is applied to the products of the water dispenser, and the heat and cold capacity of the heat exchanger are used to make water at a specific temperature, so as to improve the energy utilization rate and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction. In this paper, a heat pump type water dispenser with heat production of 1026 W and COP of 2.02 is designed by combining water tank and heat exchanger, by which heating water temperature can reach 72 ℃. The economic benefits of the heat pump type water dispenser are analyzed, and the improvement scheme of the heat pump type water dispenser is provided, which provides theoretical and data support for replacing the electronic ice bladder and realizing large energy saving.
