Development of a novel household dry cleaning technology based on gel adsorption

摘要: 干洗与水洗在衣物洗护方面具有良好的互补作用,干洗技术具有比水洗明显的呵护优势,但由于传统干洗机器结构复杂庞大,干洗剂健康性危害性大,限制干洗技术家用化。通过制备一种油性凝胶材料,实现对去污剂的释放以及污渍的溶解,将凝胶与家用干衣机结合应用于油性污渍去除,实验表明,在干衣机的机械力、温度等因素作用下,该干洗技术对油性污渍去除率达到90%以上,羊毛缩水率<1.0%,真丝色牢度为4.3。

Abstract: Dry cleaning and water washing have a good complementary effect in the washing and care of clothes. Dry cleaning technology has obvious care advantages over water cleaning, but due to the complex and large structure of traditional dry cleaning machines, the health hazards of dry cleaning agents are high, which limits the domestication of dry cleaning technology. An oily gel material was prepared combined with a household dryer to remove oily stains, which can release detergent and dissolve stains. The experiment shows that under the factors of the mechanical force of the dryer, temperature and other factors, the dry cleaning technology has a removal rate of over 90% for oily stains, a wool shrinkage rate of less than 1.0%, and a real silk color fastness of 4.3 in the cloth drier.
