摘要: 对纤维素纤维织物表面的污渍去除是评价洗涤设备性能的重要指标。将污渍去除的变化过程和脱除机理作为提高洗涤设备的洗净性能的理论依据,结合相关研究报告讨论了影响污渍脱除的因素以及这些因素的作用机制,总结了污渍去除的相关理论和各因素之间的相互作用关系,阐释了这些理论在纤维素纤维织物表面的去污过程所起的作用。最后科学性、系统性地提出了采用纤维素衍生物作为洗涤剂配方中的表面活性剂、助洗剂或织物表面的整理剂来促进纤维素纤维织物表面的去污效果。

Abstract: The stain removal on the surface of cellulose fiber fabric is an important index to evaluate the performance of washing equipment. Changes in stain removal processes and removal mechanisms as a theoretical basis for improving the cleaning performance of washing equipment, combining relevant research reports to discuss the factors affecting stain removal and the mechanisms of these factors. It summarizes the relevant theories of stain removal and the interrelationships between various factors, explaining the role of these theories in the decontamination process of cellulose fabric surfaces. Finally, scientifically and systematically suggested to use cellulose derivatives as surfactants, auxiliary agents, or finishing agents in the detergent formulation to promote the decontamination effect of cellulose surfaces.
