摘要: 翅片式换热器在空调的应用十分普遍,其翅片会组成开口空腔,当流体通过空腔时易出现自激荡现象产生一种高频的啸叫音,影响用户体验。针对某四面出风嵌入式空调器的换热器啸叫音问题对风道流场进行了数值模拟,分析了换热器啸叫音产生的原因,设计了扰流片对换热器啸叫音进行优化,并在半消声式噪音室进行了噪声实验验证,从频谱和主观评价上说明了换热器啸叫音改善的有效性。

Abstract: Finned heat exchanger is widely used in air conditioning. Its fins will form an open cavity. When the fluid passes through the cavity, it is easy to produce a high-frequency whistling sound, which affects the user experience. Aiming at the problem of heat exchanger whistling sound of an embedded air conditioner with four air outlets, the air duct flow field is numerically simulated, the causes of heat exchanger whistling sound are analyzed, the spoiler is designed to optimize the heat exchanger whistling sound, and the noise experiment is carried out in the semi anechoic noise room. The effectiveness of heat exchanger whistling sound improvement is explained from the spectrum and subjective evaluation.
