摘要: 烘焙类产品多使用镍铬合金丝加热管,发热慢,烤制效果一般。石墨材料升温快、波长短,可以从热源本身解决上述问题。首先,控制压延工艺得到厚度170 μm~200 μm的石墨片材,然后结合理论计算制备了7.94 Ω~9.26 Ω的石墨电阻,最后通过优化封装、气体填充工艺得到的石墨加热管发热更快、红外辐射波长与食物更加匹配,使烤箱烤制时间缩短30%左右,且食物色泽、气味更好。

Abstract: Baking household appliances with Nickel-chromium alloy heating tube have slow heating speed and mediocre baking effect. Graphite can solve these problems from the heat source itself with fast heating rate and short wavelength. Firstly, the graphite sheet with thickness of 170 μm~200 μm was obtained by controlling the calendering process. Then, graphite resistors from 7.94 Ω to 9.26 Ω were prepared by theoretical calculation. Finally, the graphite heating tube obtained by optimizing the packaging and gas filling process can shorten the oven baking time by about 30%, and improve the color and aroma of food. Because the infrared radiation wavelength of graphite heating tube is better matched with food and the heating tube heats up faster.
