影响冰箱压缩机吸气消声器消声特性因子的研究

摘要: 为研究冰箱运行中800~1000 Hz噪声波动,对影响冰箱压缩机吸气消声器效果的因素进行研究。首先对升温速率对消声器消声效果的影响进行理论分析,然后使用Virtual.Lab软件对消声器的不同吸气口结构和密封性进行了声学特性研究,计算了传递损失曲线,并通过实验分析不同吸气口结构和消声器密封性对降噪效果的影响。结果表明:提高消声腔密封性可以同时降低压缩机和冰箱噪声,冰箱稳定运行阶段800 Hz频段噪声均值由31.1 dB(A)降低到28.7 dB(A),平均降低了2.4 dB(A),标准差由3.87降低至1.49,冰箱噪声稳定性得到明显提高,对冰箱声品质优化提供可行性方向。

Abstract: In order to study the noise fluctuation of 800~1000 Hz during the operation of refrigerator, study the factors affecting the effect of suction muffler of refrigerator compressor. Firstly, analyze the influence of heating rate on muffler noise reduction effect. Then, the acoustic characteristics of different suction port structure and sealing of muffler are studied by using Virtual.Lab software, and the transmission loss curve is calculated. The results show that the noise of compressor and refrigerator can be reduced at the same time by improving the sealing of the muffled chamber. In the stable operation stage of the refrigerator, the average noise near 800 Hz is reduced from 31.1 dB(A) to 28.7 dB(A), with an average reduction of 2.4 dB(A), and the standard deviation is reduced from 3.87 to 1.49. The stability of the refrigerator noise is significantly improved, which provides a feasible direction for the optimization of the sound quality of the refrigerator.
