摘要: 随着新风空调的普及,具备新风功能的壁挂式空调不断推出市场;新风量作为新风空调的主要核心指标影响着用户的体验;为了使设计达到最优,减少新风量的损失,通过对新风挂机的新风模块系统的新风管部件的结构部件进行分析,进而优化新风管部件的组合方式使得新风管沿程摩擦系数降低、加大新风管内径;以及通过对出风口部件的结构仿真分析,从而优化出风口部件的导流结构,改善出口的空气分界层及涡流,使得与新风机系统连接的部件影响因素降到最低,整机的新风量得到了提升,为后续设计积累经验数据。

Abstract: With the popularity of fresh air conditioning, air conditioning with fresh air function is constantly launched in the market. As the main core index of fresh air conditioning, fresh air volume affects the user experience. In order to make the design optimal and reduce the loss of fresh air volume, through the analysis of the structural components of the fresh air pipe components of the fresh air module system, and then optimize the combination of fresh air pipe components to reduce the friction coefficient along the fresh air pipe and increase the inner diameter of the fresh air pipe; And through the structural simulation analysis of the air outlet parts, so as to optimize the diversion structure of the air outlet parts to improve the air boundary layer and eddy current at the outlet, so as to minimize the influencing factors of the parts connected with the new fan system, and improve the fresh air volume of the whole machine, accumulating empirical data for the subsequent design.
