多联机APF的提升方法研究

摘要: 针对2021年国标委发布的GB 21454—2021《多联式空调(热泵)机组能效限定值及能效等级》,研究多联机APF的影响因素及提升方法;采用某16 HP顶出风多联机,测试验证回油毛细管尺寸、室外换热器流路以及低温制热除霜周期时长对APF的影响,结果表明,优化室外换热器流路、回油毛细管尺寸以及低温制热除霜时长有利于提升APF,其升幅比例依次为8.41%、3.29%和1.68%;其中优化室外热交流路和回油毛细管尺寸是通过提升中间工况的能效提升APF,优化低温制热除霜周期时长是提升循环制热量,提升整机APF。

Abstract: Raises the minimum limit value of APF in accordance with GB 21454—2021 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Multi connected Air Conditioning (Heat Pump) Units" released by the National Standards Commission in 2021. Further research is needed on the influencing factors of multi connected APF and the methods for improving APF; Using a certain 16HP top-outlet air multi line, experimental tests were conducted to verify the impact of the size of the return oil capillary, the flow path of the outdoor heat exchanger, and the cycle time of low-temperature heating and defrosting on the APF. The experimental results showed that optimizing the flow path of the outdoor heat exchanger, the size of the return oil capillary, and the cycle time of low-temperature heating and defrosting is beneficial for improving the APF, with an increase ratio of 8.41%, 3.29%, and 1.68%, respectively; The main purpose of optimizing the size of the outdoor thermal exchange circuit and return oil capillary is to improve the energy efficiency ratio of the intermediate working conditions to achieve the goal of improving APF, while the main purpose of optimizing the cycle time of low-temperature heating and defrosting is to increase its circulating heat capacity and improve the overall APF.
