滚筒洗衣机的线屑收集自清洁技术研究

Research on flocks collection technology with self-cleaning of front-loading washing machine

摘要: 设计了一种具有自清洁功能的线屑过滤收集模块,用于解决滚筒洗衣机没有线屑收集功能以及传统的线屑过滤器需人工拆洗造成用户抱怨的问题。通过在滚筒提升筋中设置线屑过滤网和弹性结构挡板,可在过滤网收集线屑后利用脱水阶段的离心力将弹性挡板甩开,然后将线屑从收集模块中排出,实现线屑收集和自清洁功能。同时对该模块在滚筒上的安装位置和开孔方案进行了仿真验证,优化后的整体结构不会影响滚筒机械强度。通过条件优化实验获得了较好的线屑去除效果(线屑收集率高达75.80%,线屑残留率低至0.32%)。研究填补了滚筒洗衣机领域没有线屑收集技术的空白,为提高滚筒洗衣机产品的用户体验价值提供了可行的方案。

Abstract: Designed a self-cleaning flock collection module to address the issue of front-loading washing machines lacking a flock reduction function and user complaints caused by the manual disassembly and cleaning of traditional flock filters. A flock filter and baffle with an elastic structure were installed in the lifting ribs of the drum. After collecting flocks on the filter, the centrifugal force during the dehydration stage can be used to shake off the elastic baffle, allowing the flocks to be discharged from the collection module, achieving flock collection and self-cleaning. The research also verified the installation position and pore opening schemes on the drum through simulation, and the results showed that the optimized overall structure will not decrease the mechanical strength of the drum. Remarkable flock removal efficiency was achieved through condition optimization experiments (flock collection rate reached 75.80% and residue rate as low as 0.32%). The research fills the gap in the field of drum washing machines where there is no flock collection technology and provides a feasible way to enrich user experiences using front-loading washing machines.
