摘要: 随着空调器在生活中愈加普及,健康空调的概念也逐渐深入人心,普通空调器在使用过程中蒸发器表面不可避免的存在细菌、病毒、积灰等问题,基于此,具有内机高温杀菌及自清洁功能的空调器越来越受到消费者青睐。在现有产品的自清洁功能基础上,在额定工况和高湿工况下,通过更改自清洁功能运行过程中相关参数的设定值,过程中同步监控自清洁各阶段排水量、系统排气等参数,对比不同设定值对自清洁功能带来的优化效果,根据实验结果分析论证,提出一种较优的控制方案,进一步优化了自清洁功能空调器的自清洁效果。

Abstract: With the increasing popularity of air conditioning in daily life, the concept of healthy air conditioning is gradually gaining popularity. In ordinary air conditioning, there are inevitable problems such as bacteria, viruses, and dust accumulation on the evaporator surface during use. Based on this, air conditioning units with high-temperature sterilization and self-cleaning functions in the interior unit are increasingly favored by consumers. Proposing an optimal control scheme to further optimize the self-cleaning effect of self-cleaning air conditioning units by changing the setting values of relevant parameters during the operation of the self-cleaning function under rated and high humidity conditions. During this process, synchronously monitor parameters such as drainage at each stage of self-cleaning, system exhaust, and compare the optimization effects of different setting values on the self-cleaning function. This was then analyzed and demonstrated through experimental results.
