风幕对吸油烟机吸烟效果的影响

摘要: 根据吸油烟机的实际厨房模型,使用数值模拟方法探究了风幕速度、拢烟板角度对吸油烟机吸烟效果的影响。通过对油烟的流线分布进行分析,讨论了吸油烟机对烟气的吸力、引力影响。通过对吸烟效率的统计,揭示了风幕速度、风幕角度对吸烟效果的影响。我们发现增加风幕速度可以提升吸油烟机的吸烟效率,当风幕速度uf=8 m/s时与无风幕相比吸烟效率提升了60%。此外,在风幕作用下将拢烟板弯曲可以增强吸烟效果,吸油烟机在柯恩达效应和流动分离的共同作用下将会抑制油烟的逃逸,当拢烟板弯曲角度为70 °时与没有被弯曲的拢烟板相比吸烟效率被提升了30%。该研究为风幕技术在吸油烟机上的应用提供了理论依据和工程指导。

Abstract: This paper explores the effects of air curtain jet velocity and smoke collecting plate angle on the smoking effect using numerical simulation methods based on an actual kitchen model of the range hood. By analyzing the streamline distribution of smoke, the attraction and traction force of the range hood on smoke are discussed. Moreover, the influence of air curtain jet velocity and smoke collecting plate angle on smoking effect was revealed through statistical analysis of smoking capture efficiency. We found that increasing the air curtain jet velocity can improve the smoking effect of the inland range hood. When the air curtain jet velocity is 8 m/s, the smoking capture efficiency is increased by 60% compared to no air curtain of range hood. In particular, bending the smoke collecting plate of air curtain can enhance the smoking effect, because the Coanda effect and flow separation the escape of smoke is suppressed. When the curvature is 70 °, the smoking capture efficiency is increased by 30% compared to the l smoke collecting plate without bending. Our investigation provides theoretical basis and engineering guidance for the application of air curtain technology in range hoods.
