铲齿散热器散热性能的研究

摘要: 铲齿技术是一种通过铲片机将一整块铝或铜切割成标准间距、一定厚度产品的新型材料加工工艺,可应用于散热器领域。Coil Designer进行仿真对比,并通过实验测试的方式,分析在相同条件下铲齿散热器与微通道散热器的散热效果。结果表明:与微通道散热器相比,铲齿散热器的散热效果表现更优,表面温度分布更为均匀,且表面无明显灰尘附着,为主机厂换热器的选择提供了试验数据及参考依据。

Abstract: Shovel tooth technology is a kind of shovel chip machine to cut a whole piece of aluminum or copper into a standard spacing, a certain thickness of products New material processing technology, can be applied in the radiator field. Uses Coil Designer to make simulation comparison, and analyzes the heat dissipation effect of shovel tooth radiator and microchannel radiator under the same conditions. The results show that compared with the microchannel radiator, the heat dissipation effect is better, the surface temperature distribution is more uniform, and there is no obvious dust attachment on the surface, which provides the test data and reference basis for the selection of the main engine heat exchanger.
