锰氧化物制备及甲醛降解性能研究

Study on the preparation of manganese oxide and the formaldehyde degradation performance

摘要: 甲醛(HCHO)作为室内典型污染物,具有致癌特性,净化甲醛对人类健康至关重要。室温下,利用催化剂将甲醛降解为二氧化碳(CO2)和水(H2O),成为家居净化甲醛的首选方案。通过氧化还原法制备δ-MnO2催化剂;采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析δ-MnO2的形貌和结构;最后,将δ-MnO2负载至铝蜂窝板制成催化剂模块,在30 m3甲醛试验舱,与活性炭模块对比测试甲醛去除性能。研究结果表明:制备的δ-MnO2具有较多缺陷位,利于活性氧物种存储和转移;δ-MnO2具有2D层状结构,利于甲醛分子在其表面吸附和向活性位点扩散;催化剂模块负载δ-MnO2为0.065 g/cm3时,CADR值为171 m3/h,对甲醛去除性能远高于相同负载量的活性炭模块;多次重复试验后,性能保持不变,对甲醛累积净化量(CCM)超过42000 mg,展现出优异的甲醛净化稳定性和寿命。

Abstract: Formaldehyde, as a typical indoor pollutant, has carcinogenic properties. Purifying formaldehyde is important for human health. At room temperature, using catalysts to degrade formaldehyde into CO2 and H2O has become the preferred solution for indoor formaldehyde purification. The δ-MnO2 is prepared by oxidation-reduction method. The appearance and structure of δ-MnO2 are analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Finally, the δ-MnO2 is loaded to the aluminum honeycomb panel to form the catalyst module. And the formaldehyde removal performance is compared with the activated carbon module in the 30m3 test chamber. The results show that the δ-MnO2 has many defect sites, which are conducive to the storage and transfer of reactive oxygen species. The δ-MnO2 has 2D layer structure, which is conducive to the adsorption of formaldehyde on the surface and diffusion to active sites. The catalyst module load δ-MnO2 0.065 g/cm3, the CADR value is 171m3/h. The formaldehyde removal performance of the catalyst module is much higher than the active carbon module with the same loading capacity. After multiple repeated experiments, the δ-MnO2 catalyst module maintains formaldehyde purification performance. And the cumulative purification amount (CCM) of formaldehyde exceeds 42000 mg, demonstrating a long-term formaldehyde purification life.
