一种冰箱过滤材料细菌过滤效率非标方法的检测与分析

摘要: 冰箱除菌过滤模块中,过滤材料的性能对细菌过滤效率具有显著影响,直接关系到冰箱的除菌效果。目前,在冰箱领域中该检测方法尚属空白,这对除菌过滤材料在冰箱上的应用带来了挑战。为探究YY 0469—2011中口罩细菌过滤效率检测方法能否适用于冰箱的除菌过滤材料,并转化建立实验室内部方法,参照该方法测试某冰箱材料的细菌过滤效率,对检测过程及结果进行探讨与分析。结果显示,该方法可适用于冰箱除菌过滤材料的检测,且细菌过滤效率平均值达99%以上,除菌过滤性能优良,为实验室转化建立细菌过滤效率的测试能力提供了经验与参考,也为后续该过滤材料在冰箱中的应用提供数据支撑。

Abstract: In the bactericidal filtration module of refrigerators, the performance of the filtration material significantly affects the bacterial filtration efficiency and directly impacts the bactericidal function of the refrigerator. At present, this detection method is still blank in the field of refrigerators, which poses a challenge to the application of sterilizing filter materials in refrigerators. To explore whether the detection method for bacterial filtration efficiency of masks in YY 0469—2011 can be applied to the sterilization filtration materials in refrigerators and to transform and establish an internal laboratory method, referred to this method to test the bacterial filtration efficiency of a certain refrigerator material, the detection process and results was discussed and analyzed. The results show that this method can be applied to the detection of sterilizing filter materials in refrigerators, and the average bacterial filtration efficiency is over 99%. The sterilizing filtration performance is excellent, providing experience and reference for the laboratory to transform and establish the testing capability of bacterial filtration efficiency, and also providing data support for the subsequent application of this filter material in refrigerators.
