摘要: 提出了双吸气活塞压缩机深冷制冷系统并建立系统模型,通过MATLAB计算并分析系统在不同工况下的制冷性能。结果表明,以R290为制冷剂时可以实现-65 ℃深冷温度。在冷凝温度35 ℃,蒸发温度-70 ℃,二吸压力0.51 MPa时系统制冷量为59.81 W,制冷COP达到0.68;适当提高二吸压力能提升系统制冷COP

Abstract: A dual suction piston compressor cryogenic refrigeration system is proposed, and a system model is established to calculate and analyze the refrigeration performance of the system under different operating conditions using MATLAB. The results indicate that using R290 as the refrigerant can achieve a cryogenic temperature of -65 ℃. When the condensation temperature is 35 ℃, the evaporation temperature is -70 ℃, and the secondary suction pressure is 0.51 MPa, the system's cooling capacity is 59.81 W, and the cooling COP reaches 0.68; Appropriately increasing the secondary suction pressure can enhance the cooling COP of the system.
