摘要: 冰箱压缩机作为冰箱系统的核心动力部件,在其运行过程中,内部泵体机芯会产生明显振动,而内排气管是该振动向外传递的主要路径之一。聚焦某款压缩机在匹配客户冰箱系统时出现的振动过大问题,从振动传递路径优化入手,通过改进内排气管结构以提升其柔性度,进而降低振动传递。为保障优化方案的可靠性,采用理论仿真与试验测试相结合的技术手段,系统验证了新方案的可行性。最终,冰箱系统的振动问题得到有效解决,为提升产品市场竞争力、扩大市场占有率提供了技术支撑。

Abstract: As the core power component of the refrigerator system, during the operation of the refrigerator compressor, the internal pump body core will generate obvious vibration, and the inner exhaust pipe is one of the main paths for this vibration to be transmitted outward. Focuses on the problem of excessive vibration that occurs when a certain compressor is matched with a customer's refrigerator system. Starting from the optimization of the vibration transmission path, the structure of the inner exhaust pipe is improved to enhance its flexibility, thereby reducing vibration transmission. To ensure the reliability of the optimization plan, a technical approach combining theoretical simulation and experimental testing was adopted to systematically verify the feasibility of the new plan. Ultimately, the vibration problem of the refrigerator system was effectively resolved, providing technical support for enhancing the product's market competitiveness and expanding market share.
