摘要: 通过仿真分析抽屉结构拉出过程中的拉出力,拉出过程中卡扣的最大应力情况,预测实际情况下抽屉结构的拉出力大小以及卡扣应力集中位置。为了尽可能地提高精度,模型没有进行简化处理。而后对仿真结果进行试验验证,以对比仿真结果与实验值的差距。实验是用拉力计测拉出力的大小,根据试验结果的反馈可以得出,仿真结果与实验值接近,仿真方法可以作为后续指导设计的一种方法。

Abstract: Simulation analysis of the drag force of the drawer structure and the maximum stress of the buckle in the pull-out process. The pull-out force of the drawer structure and the stress concentration position of the buckle in the actual situation are predicted. In order to improve the accuracy as much as possible, the model is not simplified. The simulation results are tested to compare the difference between simulation results and experimental values. The experimental method is to measure the drag force with a tension meter. According to the feedback of the test results, it can be concluded that the simulation results are close to the experimental values. This indicates that the simulation method can be used as a design method.
