Research on the influence of temperature on dishwasher fixed frequency based on ANSYS simulation and noise optimization

Abstract: For the low-frequency noise in the washing mode, it is found that its peak value appears with the peak value of the working temperature fluctuation. The relationship between the fixed frequency and temperature of its parts is researched and analyzed, and the LMS software is used for modal and ODS tests, and then ANSYS 15.0. The simulation software found that the 100 Hz solid frequency mode diagram of the inner tank vibrated strongly and resonated with twice the power frequency. According to the analysis results, the specific structure was optimized and the noise at the resonance point of the dishwasher was reduced by 13 dB.
