Research progress on the preservation technology of domestic refrigerator

Abstract: Refrigerator as the main storage place of family food, is an indispensable home appliance in daily life. With the unceasing development of refrigerator industry, many refrigerator preservation technologies have appeared to achieve a better preservation effect. Nowadays, the existing refrigerator preservation technologies mainly conclude traditional preservation technologies, such as precise temperature control, partition storage and gas control, new preservation technologies, such as electric field, magnetic field, light and plasma, and enterprise-specific refrigerator preservation technologies. Through literature collection and market research, this review summarizes the existing refrigerator preservation technologies and combines with the development trend of contemporary intelligent preservation technologies. The purpose is to provide direction or reference for the research and development of modern household refrigerator preservation technology and consumers' purchase choice.
