Abstract: In recent years, Speech interaction technology has seen unprecedented development and application. In the field of air conditioners, Speech interaction has brought great convenience to consumers, freeing their hands and eliminating the need for remote controls. However, Speech interaction has always faced two pain points and challenges. First, offline Speech interaction has a limited set of local command words, generally around 100 words, making it difficult to cover the various expressions of consumers, often giving them the experience of “unresponsive Speech commands.” Second, while online Speech commands have a large command library and rich functionality, they require an internet connection and are limited by network speed and long data transmission paths, often leading to a “slow response” experience for users. Based on this, a new Speech interaction technology Speech interaction experience—Offline Speech Free Talk is proposed, combining the fast response rate of offline interaction with the rich command library of online interaction.
