Research and application of 365 nm LED light source cooling method

Abstract: With the continuous development of LED technology, deep ultraviolet LED has been mature in various industries, and the electronics industry is studying the application of 365 nm band LED light source to replace mercury lamp in UV-curable three-proof adhesive. Due to the need for large curing energy, and to meet the needs of fast production and miniaturization of structure, it is often necessary to choose large radiant flux lamp beads and high density lamp bead layout design. Therefore, when designing LED light sources, in order to ensure the stability of long-term work, it is necessary to consider the use of appropriate heat dissipation methods. Uses ANSYS simulation software to evaluate the heat dissipation mode of 365 nm LED light source, and realizes the long-term reliability operation of 365 nm LED light source by designing a water-cooled heat dissipation module.
