摘要: 滚筒洗干一体机兼顾清洁和烘干衣物功能,市场需求量稳步增长,降本需求也持续存在。从系统角度对洗干一体机的需求进行分析,提出了洗干一体机驱动控制器新拓扑结构。根据洗干一体机运行工况,分时复用风机,在洗涤和脱水模式下,利用风机定子绕组的电感特性取代网侧电抗器,降低了系统成本。然后,结合双逆变电路的拓扑结构,采用单相APFC优化网侧电流,降低网侧谐波,提高母线电压幅值,增加了滚筒电机高速脱水带载能力。最后仿真验证了本方案的有效性,为后续产品研发提供新技术思路。

Abstract: The drum washing and drying machine has the functions of cleaning and drying clothes, the market demand for the drum washer-dryer is steadily increasing, and the demand for cost reduction also continues. Analyzing the needs and proposing a new topology of the drum washing and drying machine. According to the operating conditions, time-sharing multiplexed fans, in the washing and drying, the inductance characteristics of the stator winding of the fan are used to replace the grid-side reactor, which reduces the system cost. Then, combined with the topological structure of the dual inverter circuit, APFC is used to optimize the grid-side current, reduce grid-side harmonics, increase the amplitude of bus voltage, and increase the high-speed dehydration loading capacity of the motor. Finally, the simulation verifies the effectiveness of this scheme and provides new technical ideas for subsequent product development.
