多联机高温制冷启停动态运行特性实验研究

Experimental study on the on-off dynamic behavior of variable refrigerant flow system in cooling mode with high temperature

摘要: 多联机空调系统中一台室外机会连接若干台室内机,制冷剂通过较长的连接管道进入室内侧蒸发器直接与室内空气换热,高温工况下,由于用电高峰或地区差别等因素,电压高低的突然变化会更考验多联机空调的安全可靠性。以一台24 HP多联机空调为例,实验主要研究了多联机制冷系统在高温、电压波动下的动态运行特性,并展现了启动后的部分稳定运行情况。结果表明,通过能力需求调节,室外环境温度限频、系统压力限频、供电电压限频等措施,可以很好地保证多联机系统的安全正常运行。

Abstract: Refrigerant flows directly into a few indoor units to make heat exchange with air through long pipes in a variable refrigerant flow system (VRF). Under circumstances of high temperature, VRF faces challenges in safety and reliability due to dramatic voltage fluctuation by electricity peak load and regional difference. The on-off dynamic operating behavior with high temperature and voltage fluctuation was mainly experimentally investigated for a VRF (24 HP), while some performances during the initial stable stage were also shown. Results showed that the VRF operates safely in accordance with the controlling logic of capacity requirement, outdoor environment temperature, internal pressure, voltage supply, etc.
