高显热制冷多联机控制及性能研究

Research on the control and performance of high sensible heat cooling multi-split air conditioning

摘要: 传统多联机空调普通制冷过程对室内空气进行温湿度同时处理,降低室温的同时要处理大量的湿负荷,舒适性较差,能耗较高。为了兼顾快速舒适性及节能效果,设计了多联机空调高显热制冷控制算法,通过实验对普通制冷模式和高显热制冷模式下的机组性能与室内环境温度进行了研究,结果表明,在保证机组制冷能力的情况下,高显热制冷控制比普通的制冷运行控制具有更高的制冷能效,并能有效提升吹出的冷风温度,提高能效的同时提升了用户体验舒适性。

Abstract: The traditional multi-split air conditioning system performs simultaneous temperature and humidity treatment on indoor air, reducing room temperature while dealing with a large amount of moisture load, resulting in poor comfort and high energy consumption. In order to balance fast comfort and energy-saving effects, a high sensible heat refrigeration control algorithm for multi-split air conditioning systems was designed. Through experiments, the performance of the unit and indoor environmental temperature under ordinary refrigeration mode and high sensible heat refrigeration mode were studied. The results showed that, under the condition of ensuring the refrigeration capacity of the unit, the high sensible heat refrigeration control has higher refrigeration energy efficiency than the ordinary refrigeration operation control, and can effectively increase the temperature of the cold air blown out, improving energy efficiency while enhancing user comfort.
