超宽带雷达睡眠分期检测技术研究及其在空调上的应用

摘要: 针对现有环境电器难以实时、个性化地改善人体睡眠环境的问题,提出了一种基于超宽带雷达的人体睡眠分期检测与环境改善技术。该技术利用超宽带雷达捕捉人体在睡眠过程中的生理信号,并通过构建深度神经网络分类模型,实现对睡眠分期的实时、精确识别;进一步,根据睡眠分期结果,执行相应的环境控制逻辑,以优化睡眠环境。在验证阶段建立了一套空调自动控制系统,通过效果测试,验证了该系统检测睡眠分期的准确性,以及功能逻辑的实际运行表现,证明该系统在改善睡眠方面具有一定的潜力。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it is difficult for existing environmental appliances to improve human sleep environment in real time and personalized, a new technology for detecting human sleep signs based on ultra-wideband radar was proposed. The technology uses ultra-wideband radar to capture physiological signals during sleep. The classification model is constructed by deep neural network to realize real-time and accurate recognition of sleep stages. Further, according to the sleep staging results, the system automatically executes the corresponding environmental control logic to optimize the sleep environment. In the verification stage, a set of air conditioning automatic control system was established. Through the effect test, the accuracy of the system in detecting sleep stages and the actual operation performance of the functional logic were verified, which proved that the system has certain potential to improve sleep.
