冰箱通信系统的设计

Design of communication system for refrigerator

摘要: 冰箱控制系统以显示板作为主机,其操作系统储存有逻辑控制程序;控制板作为从机,负责负载驱动;冰箱显示板与主控板之间需要连续不间断通信,显示板通过发送通信数据驱动控制板对冰箱进行制冷控制,通信系统是保证数据传输与控制的可靠性的关键因素。通过对冰箱通信系统设计,自定义包括引导码、通信头码、 状态数据、控制命令、校验码和结束电平的通信协议,使得通信过程准确、便捷。

Abstract: The display panel is used as the host computer in the refrigerator control system, and its operating system stores the logic control program; the control panel is used as the slave computer, which is responsible for the load drive; the display panel and the main control panel need continuous communication, and the display panel drives the control panel to control the refrigerator by sending communication data, so the communication system is the key factor to ensure the reliability of data transmission and control. Through the design of the communication system of the refrigerator, the communication protocol including guide code, communication head code, state data, control command, check code and end level is defined, which makes the communication process accurate and convenient.
