提高私域问答精确度方法的研究

摘要: 随着科技的发展,智能问答在各个领域都显示出了重要的地位,答案的精确度是衡量问答系统的直接且重要的指标,为了提高精确度,则需要提高问题的相似匹配与召回结果排序的准确率,根据目前文本向量化匹配的技术基础之上,通过实验研究得到弹性混合匹配与对召回结果根据阈值分段处理可以提高私域问答精确度,并通过对家电私域问答实验数据结果分析,总结出私域问答高精确度的方法,为后续智能问答提供理论方法的指导。

Abstract: With technological advancements, intelligent question answering has become crucial across various domains, with answer precision being a critical metric for evaluating these systems. Enhancing precision necessitates enhancing the accuracy of question similarity matching and the ranking of recall results. Building on current text vectorization techniques, experimental research has demonstrated that employing elastic hybrid matching and threshold segmentation processing of recall results can boost the precision of domain-specific question answering. Analysis of the experimental data from private domain Q&A on home appliances, we distill high-precision strategies for domain-specific question answering, offering theoretical insights to guide future intelligent question-answering approaches.
