洗干一体机烘干温度对毛涤混纺织物外观平整度的影响

Effect of drying temperature on the smoothness appearance of wool-polyester blended fabrics in washer-dryer combos

摘要: 洗干一体机在烘干过程中,烘干温度是影响织物外观平整度的关键因素。基于毛涤混纺织物中纤维的热响应特征及家用洗干一体机的典型运行区间,实验选取50 ℃、70 ℃与90 ℃作为温度梯度,探究其对50/50毛涤混纺机织物外观平整度的影响。在统一洗涤程序后进行滚筒烘干,结合Autorate客观图像分析系统对织物平整度进行定量评价,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同温度条件下纤维微观形貌演变进行表征。结果表明,烘干温度对织物平整度影响显著:在70 ℃条件下平整度最高,可达2.7级,优于50 ℃(2.1级)和90 ℃(2.3级)。SEM结果显示,当在50 ℃条件时,下部分羊毛纤维鳞片边缘出现翘起或局部破损,在70 ℃条件下纤维排列规整、表面结构完整,而在90 ℃条件下出现局部形变固定及表面粗糙现象。综合实验结果与机理分析可知,中温烘干能够在褶皱舒展与尺寸保持之间下实现平衡,显著改善织物外观平整度。研究结果可为典型毛涤混纺织物的烘干程序优化及精细化护理提供参考。

Abstract: During the drying process of washer-dryer combos, drying temperature is a critical factor affecting the smoothness appearance of fabrics. Based on the thermal response characteristics of fibers in wool-polyester blended fabrics and the typical operating temperature range of household washer-dryer combos, three temperature levels (50 ℃, 70 ℃ and 90 ℃) were selected to investigate their effects on the smoothness appearance of 50/50 wool-polyester blended woven fabrics. After a unified washing procedure, tumble drying was carried out, and the smoothness appearance of fabrics before and after drying was evaluated using an Autorate objective image analysis system. In addition, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to characterize the microstructural evolution of fibers under different drying temperatures. The results showed that drying temperature had a significant effect on the fabric smoothness appearance: the highest smoothness appearance was achieved at 70 ℃ (2.7 levels), which was better than 50 ℃ (2.1 levels) and 90 ℃ (2.3 levels). SEM observations revealed that, at 50 ℃, partial lifting or local damage of wool cuticle edges was observed; at 70 ℃, fibers exhibited a more ordered arrangement with relatively intact surface morphology; whereas at 90 ℃, localized shape fixation and increased surface roughness were observed. Comprehensive experimental results and mechanism analysis showed that medium-temperature drying can achieve a balance between wrinkle relaxation and dimensional stability, significantly improve the smoothness appearance of fabrics, and provide a reference basis for the optimization of washer-dryer combo programs and intelligent care of typical wool-polyester blended fabrics.
