变频空调制热出风温度提升研究

摘要: 出风温度是空调器制热时是否舒适的关键因素,当出风温度较低时,人体感受到的就是在吹冷风,严重影响用户的使用体验。为了解决空调器制热出风温度过低带来的不舒适问题,在不改变系统配置及不增加成本的情况下,通过优化制热控制功能逻辑,实现出风温度的提升。用同一套样机在同一实验室对优化前后逻辑进行制热能力及出风温度对比测试,结果表明,平均出风温度提升了1.1 ℃~2.9 ℃,有效提升空调使用制热的舒适性。

Abstract: The outlet temperature is a key factor in the comfort of air conditioning during heating. When the outlet temperature is low, the human body feels cold air blowing, which seriously affects the user's experience. In order to solve the discomfort problem caused by the low heating air temperature of the air conditioner, without changing the system configuration and increasing costs, the heating control function logic is optimized to achieve an increase in the outlet air temperature. The same prototype was used in the same laboratory to compare the heating capacity and air outlet temperature of the optimized logic before and after optimization. The results showed that the average air outlet temperature increased by 1.1 ℃ to 2.9 ℃, effectively improving the comfort of air conditioning heating.
