摘要: 单元机空调持续在高温高湿环境运行时,容易频发触发高压压力保护停机,进而影响用户舒适性。为解决此问题,通过空气焓值法实验研究,总结单元机空调系统制冷时高压压力随室内不同干湿球温度以及室外环温变化规律。并在实验研究的基础上,针对此空调行业痛点,提出了通过空调压机相电流参数设置,通过室内机湿度传感器检测到的相对湿度值修正空调目标频率,以及室外机盘管传感器和除霜传感器单独控制等解决方案,为后续空调舒适性、可靠性设计提供参考。

Abstract: When the air conditioner of the unit continues to operate in high temperature and high humidity environment, it is easy to trigger the shutdown of high pressure protection frequently, which will affect the comfort of users. In order to solve this problem, through the experimental study of air enthalpy method, the variation law of high pressure with different indoor dry and wet bulb temperatures and outdoor ambient temperature during refrigeration of unit air conditioning system is summarized. On the basis of experimental research, aiming at the pain point of this air-conditioning industry, this paper puts forward some solutions, such as setting the phase current parameters of the air-conditioning compressor, correcting the air-conditioning target frequency through the relative humidity value detected by the indoor unit humidity sensor, and controlling the outdoor unit coil sensor and defrosting sensor separately, so as to provide reference for the subsequent air-conditioning comfort and reliability design.
