集成灶圆弧截面蜗壳的设计及其降噪效果研究

Design and noise reduction study of a curved-section volute for integrated cooking appliances

摘要: GB/T 17713―2022《吸油烟机及其他烹饪烟气吸排装置》新增工作噪声指标,对集成灶用多翼离心风机提出了在工作噪声工况下的降噪设计要求。通过对最大风量工况和工作噪声工况下的风机流场仿真分析,总结得到在工作噪声工况下的流动特征,并针对性地提出了一种圆弧截面蜗壳的设计方法。通过对比分析原型蜗壳与圆弧截面蜗壳的内部流场特性,揭示了圆弧截面蜗壳在工作噪声工况下的流动控制及降噪机理。经实验验证,圆弧截面蜗壳实现集成灶整机半消室噪声降低0.8 dB(A),工作噪声降低1.4 dB(A),为后续集成灶降低工作噪声提供了理论指导和方向参考。

Abstract: GB/T 17713—2022 "Range Hoods and Other Cooking Flue Extractors" adds a new working noise index, which puts forward the noise reduction design requirements under working noise conditions for the integrated hood fan system. Through the simulation and analysis of the fan flow field under the maximum air volume condition and the working noise condition, the flow characteristics under the working noise condition are summarized, and a design optimization method for the arc section volute is proposed. By comparing and analyzing the internal flow field characteristics of the prototype fan and the optimized fan, the flow control and noise reduction mechanism of the arc section volute under the working noise condition are revealed. Experiments have verified that the optimization of the fan can reduce the noise of the semi-elimination chamber of the integrated stove by 0.8 dB(A) and the working noise by 1.4 dB(A), which provides theoretical guidance and direction reference for the subsequent reduction of working noise of the integrated hood.
