摘要: 聚焦于空调系统中的轻量化和减振优化设计,通过理论分析、仿真模拟和实验验证,探讨如何在风管机风机板的结构设计中集成应用这两项关键技术。经测试对比验证,通过形貌优化设计后的风机板在刚度性能提升的同时,实现了减重16.7%,该方法为空调相关领域的研究和应用提供了参考。

Abstract: Focusing on lightweight and vibration reduction optimization design in air conditioning systems, this paper explores how to integrate these two key technologies in the structural design of air duct fan plates through theoretical analysis, simulation, and experimental verification. After testing and comparison, it was verified that the fan plate designed through topography optimization not only improved its stiffness performance, but also achieved a weight reduction of 16.7%. This method provides a reference for research and application in the field of air conditioning.
