摘要: 随着人民生活水平的提高,用户对于风机的风量、噪声等性能指标要求不断增长,本研究旨在探讨热水器直流风机进风口尺寸的变化对风机性能的影响。通过实验测试和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了不同进风口尺寸下风机的流量、压力、效率和噪声等性能参数。研究结果表明,进风口尺寸的合理调整可以显著优化风机的性能,为热水器的高效运行和低噪声设计提供了重要的理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract: Study aims to explore the influence of the variation of the inlet size of the DC fan in water heaters on the performance of the fan. Through a combination of experimental tests and numerical simulations, the performance parameters such as the flow rate, pressure, efficiency, and noise of the fan under different inlet sizes were analyzed. The research results show that the reasonable adjustment of the inlet size can significantly optimize the performance of the fan, providing important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the efficient operation and low-noise design of water heaters.
